Leucadendron Inca Gold
Leucadendron laureolum 'Inca Gold'
An upright growing hybrid producing long reddish stems of butter yellow tulip-shaped flowers. As autumn cools into winter, flower tips take on a crimson red flush. As with all leucadendrons, Inca Gold's a wonderful colour highlight in both gardens and vases nearly all year round.
Feature:

Stunning cutflower with long stems. Just as good in the garden. Evergreen.

Uses: Banks, borders, rockeries, cutflower.
Position: Will grow almost anywhere in a well-drained soil and full sun. Tolerant of wind and mild frost once established.
Care: Mulch with peat and do not use lime. Prune after flowering and apply a light dressing of acid fertiliser every second autumn.
