Loropetalum China Pink
Loropetalum 'China Pink'
A great garden plant to provide year round interest with rich burgundy leaves and bright pink and tasseled flowers late in winter and through spring. As the leaves mature they take on an olive-bronze hue and have a rough leathery texture, providing year round landscape appeal.
Feature:

Year round foliage appeal with spring flowers.

Uses: Excellent subject for a patio pot, for under-planting deiciduous trees, specimen or espalier and background planting.
Position: Full sun to dappled shade. Best in a freely drained soil, but don’t let it get too dry over summer.
Care: Clip to size and shape as desired; a clip also encourages flower. Will benefit from a dressing with general fertiliser in autumn, mulch with peat and avoid lime.
