Cordyline australis 'Albertii'
A remarkable architectural plant with sword-shaped leaves with central bands of bright green, tinged with pink, and broad light yellow margins. It's a slow grower, but with time it develops into an impressive palm-like tree. A wonderful avenue, specimen or container plant, though not always easy to get.
Feature:

An exquisite variegated form of New Zealand cabbage tree.

Uses: Versatile; garden, patio and courtyard. Good tub plant.
Position: Sun or light shade, reasonably well-drained soil. Hardy to frost once established.
Care: Provide an occasional watering during dry spells when young; drought tolerant when established. Feed and tidy foliage from time to time. Watch for slug damage and talk to your local garden centre if evident.
