Echeveria Chocolate
Echeveria 'Chocolate'

Echeveria Chocolate is a good succulent for contrasting with fine foliage plants, such as native grasses, dramatic foliage subjects including lancewoods, aloes and agaves, and extraordinary foliage such as that of native groundcover coprosmas with tangled, leafless, dark brown stems or the twisted, golden stems and tiny green leaves of the dwarf kowhai, Sophora prostrata. It’s also intriguing to combine with pebbles, stones, pumice and grasses in a beach garden. Good with Coprosma ‘Karo Red’ too. Grow it in a pot or in the garden where there’s lots of sun, excellent drainage and protection from frost.
